Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary:** The Validation Process and Systems Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and leading the implementation and validation activities of processes and systems. This role involves collaborating with plant teams whose functions impact the quality, safety, purity, and/or efficacy of products. The coordinator must ensure compliance with 26 corporate quality standards and national and international regulatory requirements to guarantee that the functions performed by these systems are correct, safe, accurate, and consistent according to user safety needs and planned use. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the implementation and validation of processes and systems, ensuring alignment with corporate quality standards and regulatory requirements. + Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory changes and validation requirements, interpreting and implementing them correctly. + Develop and implement validation procedures and master plans, detailing the methodology, activities, and timelines necessary for maintaining validation status. + Conduct and monitor validation activities for processes, systems, and equipment that impact product quality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of validation tasks. **Requirements:** + **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in validation processes execution with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) documentation. Demonstrated leadership in effective execution and a results-oriented approach. + **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, with a focus on automation and validation or related fields. + **Language Skills:** Intermediate English proficiency. + **Technical Skills:** Preferred experience with Minitab and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $ - $ USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
