As a Quality Vendor Management Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will have the unique opportunity to join a new mRNA GMP facility in Monza. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the general compliance of the mRNA site by providing advice on licensing strategies applicable to the innovative mRNA product. You will collaborate with our Customers, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and QC teams to drive flawless operations and deliver world-class products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the general compliance of the mRNA site by providing advice on licensing strategies applicable to the innovative mRNA productCollaborate with Customers, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and QC teams to ensure exceptional quality and complianceBe the quality supplier management specialist and contact point for new projectsPromote our service offering and facilitate supplier qualificationSupport the head of the Quality Service in ensuring compliance with quality regulations (laws, GMP, FDA, ATMP)Conduct supplier audits to verify compliance with corporate regulations and requirementsSupport the implementation of Quality Agreements with suppliersDefine and update a supplier list in compliance with current regulationsManage complaints to suppliers and reports to customersEnsure smooth conduct of internal audits and inspections

Job Requirements:

Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or equivalent experienceTechnical and computer skills: OfficeFluency in EnglishAttention to detail and excellent planning skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
