ResponsibilitiesAscension is hiring a full time remote Qualtrics Analyst - Technology. As an Analyst - Technology you will provide product support for Ascension Technologies applications and platforms in the Consumer experience portfolio for the Qualtrics application. This role is operational product support for the portfolio and is desired to have high level awareness of the products, and their respective use cases within the healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with consumer experience business partners to ensure products and defined workflows meet requirements.Understands and is expert in Qualtrics applications in a healthcare environment.Understands business partner expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service.Creates and maintains productive networks with internal ascension technologies teams and external business partners and the vendor community.Research, experiment and prototype small iteration of product to resolve complex issues including analysis of technical and economic feasibility of proposed product solutions.Strong troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas.Responsible for escalating barriers or concerns that may impact timelines for issue resolution,implementations, or projects.Ability to multitask and switch focus as the needs and priorities of our key Stakeholders change.Requirements:
Experience with Qualtrics survey and reporting platforms in healthcare.Working independently to understand workflows and applying technical knowledge to assist end users.Creating clear documentation for education, knowledge sharing for the team and procedure/policy requirements.Utilizing critical thinking to decipher workflows to understand adjustments needed to application deployments.Understanding basic technology infrastructure to assist with any new functionality, break/fix or application replacement.Providing a proactive rounding experience to the market, and cross collaborating with other team members in other markets for lessons learned, opportunities, and shared ideas.A dedicated technical contact focused on survey data and reporting excellenceDemonstrable understanding of common web technologies e.g. .NET, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, APIs • Strong analytical skills especially in data manipulation.Qualtrics XM related certification would be an asset:Qualtrics Platform Essentials Certification Journey (L1)CoreXM Expert Certification Journey (L2)CoreXM Expert + Qualtrics Platform Essentials CertificationRequirementsEducation:
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
