In-depth technical and pre and post contract skills related to Civil structural and finishing works (sub-structure, superstructure with high end specification like 5-star hotel, hospital, commercial buildings, residential building). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 

Main Responsibilities

Pre-contract work (Procurement)Estimate quantity take-off from drawing P-line in AutoCAD drawing, PDF drawingsSupport the QS Manager in rate analysis, GCC, and SCC reviewHelp in vendor identification and evaluation (pre-bid qualification)Help in pre-bid meeting, bid comparison, preparation strategy for negotiation meeting.

 

Post Contract workContractor and sub-contractor bill checkingManaging change ordersPreparation of cash flow statementCollecting market quotes for extra items rate finalization, claims settlementRate analysis for extra itemsKeep track of contractual compliancesReview and validation of Contractor measurements/invoices at the site level.Review the variations and report the project cost Compiling information for PMO MIS

 

Documentation and MIS reportingKeep all records of work on SharePoint with access to all team members.Preparation of inputs on cost tracking in monthly project report

The candidates must have

Experience of working in a similar domain/organization.People management skillsKnowledge in the understanding of stage of design development i.e., Concept, schematic, Tender, GFC drawings.Understanding of technical specifications, bill of materialsConversant in Quantity Estimation, Rate analysis, BOQ preparationConversant in all packages of structural, finishesWorking understanding of electrical and mechanical packagesWorking knowledge in AutoCAD viewer, or E-PLAN.Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.Ability to navigate stressful work situations.Adept at MS Office applications.Working knowledge of project management best practices Solid communication and team working skills

 

 

Minimum Qualification

Qualification: BE/BTech in Civil Engineering

Experience:  5-7 years

Industry: Real Estate/ Commercial Buildings/Healthcare
