Quantity Surveyor – Oslo – Data Centres

Position Overview:

We require Quantity Surveyors who thrive working on project sites with a collaborative team delivering fast-paced market-leading schemes within the Data Centre sector.

The place of works will be on site, with several positions to fulfill on sites located around Oslo (Eastern Norway) and Kristiansand (Southern Norway), and Helsink, Finland

Relocation or Rotation Rosters are available for these roles plus other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract and Subcontract packages administration

Provide periodic valuations and certs, remeasurements of the main contract' Bill of Quantities

monitor change requests and change orders up to Client approval.

Manage all commercial aspects of subcontractors, including review of the subcontractors' progress, valuations, change requests before approval.

Financial reporting:

Provide accurate project costing, margin and cashflow periodic reports, including end of project forecast, risk and opportunity analysis, in collaboration with the site team.

Stakeholder management:

Interface with your counterparts within the client's and subcontractor's teams, to ensure that all commercial / contractual and financial processes are formalized and dealt with diligently, in the partnership approach with clients and suppliers.

Requirements:

Teamwork and Can-do attitude in fast paced delivery centric environment

Focused on results, attention to detail and analytically proficient.

Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills

Bachelor's degree in construction economics or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying

5+ years' experience working as Quantity Surveyor on Construction projects (CSA package, MEP package or both)

Data Centre experience would be advantageous

EU Passport or RTW required

Benefits:
