In this role you will get to **be part of a major infrastructure PMO in Riyadh** . **What You'll Be Doing:** + Advise on contractual matters. + Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements. + Advise on Contractor’s resource allocation. + Audit payments to Contractors. + Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of valuations. + Check and record measure of work done. + Prepare variations and dayworks. + Monitor contracts final cost estimates. + Maintain expenditure records. + Review, negotiate and prepare claim settlements with the Department. + Coordinate and monitor activities of his team. + Prepare Final Account with all supporting documentation. + Prepare financial statements for monthly report. + Liaise with Department in all financial and contractual matters throughout the course of all contracts. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Minimum 10 Years Experience in a consultancy. + BSc in Engineering or any relevant field. + Good communication & interpersonal skills. + Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity, as well as thorough knowledge of industry practices is required.
