As a QS, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial feasibility studies for development projects. Perform cost estimation, cost planning, and cost management. Analyze terms and conditions in contracts. Predict potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Forecast costs of materials needed for projects. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other documentation. Monitor and adjust budgets based on project changes. Manage tender processes, including preparation of bills of quantities and contract conditions. Provide contract management and contractual advice. Conduct valuation of construction work. Handle claims and dispute management. Perform lifecycle costing analysis. Conduct reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes. Requirements: Expert knowledge of construction costs and contracts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in relevant construction management software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
