s a Quantum Computing Research Scientist within GTAR, you will leverage your strategic insight and analytical expertise to advance the field of quantum algorithms for optimization, stochastic modeling, numerical analysis, machine learning, and financial use cases. Collaborate with other researchers to perform rigorous benchmarking and evaluation of algorithms in classical simulation and on hardware.

Provide innovative solutions to complex challenges faced by internal project teams, drawing on experience in high-stakes financial environments. Advanced degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related fields, with a strong analytical background. Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and strategic thinking to solve complex problems, particularly in financial contexts. Experience in financial modeling, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in managing high-value projects and leading teams in dynamic environments.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in investment banking, product management, or relationship management is highly valued. Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications in finance is desirable. Proven track record of managing diverse teams and fostering inclusive work environments.
