Queue Management Software Consultant 
Location: Rockville, MD 20850 (some travel within Montgomery County) 
Contract Duration: 6 Months (with option to extend) 
Rate Negotiable: W-2 or C2C


Scope of Work:
Local Government Client is seeking at least one highly skilled contractor who will fully oversee and implement the HHS transition from the current version of our lobby management system, QLESS Linebuster, to QLESS TEMPO with full integration with our Integrated Case Management System (eICM).

The lobby management system will be fully rolled out at approximately seven locations.

The contractor will ensure the complete documentation of user requirements, ensure successful adoption, and provide a comprehensive training plan for staff.
