Your Role Provide clients with a quick and accurate pick up and\r\ndelivery. Your Responsibilities Dispatch all jobs to drivers quickly and accurately.Properly manage and coordinate driver availability as work dictates.Work closely with drivers (this includes assigning new jobs, obtaining charges and handling any driver problems)Communicate with Control Towers, with status updates as required.Work closely with Dispatch staff (This includes checking QTRAC buckets alarms, checking emails, Process International shipments for export, coordinating with control towers on alerts and assisting with any problems.Condition and receive credo systems as required by dispatch stationsDocument and escalate all problems/situations as per company policy and procedures.Submit company driver and IC payroll (ensure all OT is pre-approved)Report vehicle accidents/driver incidents immediately to Supervisor/Manager/HR.Schedule and manage vehicle repairs and equipment. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
