Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at QuickSTAT, our Doral site is looking for a new Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.
**Your Role**
Reporting to the Air Logistics Healthcare you manage and monitor general Customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. You will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organization. You will work collaboratively with Operations and Sales Management to ensure maximum client satisfaction
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Processing of consignment orders from clients via email, telephone and via Quick’s online booking portal Quick online, (which includes routing, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline and printing the job order.
+ Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined to non-EU destinations.
+ To assist in providing clients with continuous status notifications and performing the necessary follow-up’s (which includes relaying details pertaining to flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, resolutions, etc.).
+ Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients.
+ Effective communication with all staff and cooperation within the senior management team
+ Maintaining all QuickSTAT Client functionality ensuring compliance with agreed procedures.
+ Reports to Healthcare Customer Care Manager-QuickSTAT KN Desk
+ Schedule for Training: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Note that this will not be your fixed schedule.
+ Permanent Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 4:00 pm-12:00 am; Saturday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm with some flexibility required.
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ This is a 24/7/365 Facility and flexibility to work any shift is required
+ Highschool diploma or equivalent
+ 1+ year of experience in Air logistics
+ 2+ years of experience in Customer Service
+ Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
