Your Role Develop and maintain relationships with clients\r\nProvide shipment-specific processing and timely communication of order updates. Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with main clientsRun daily activity reports and maintain overall awareness of live shipmentsComplete and send client reportsProvide shipment specific updates where requiredEscalate all client issues to the QuickSTAT management team and applicable Business Development account ManagerReport to Regional Director of OperationsSchedule: Standard shift between the hours of 7am-7pm (please note that this is a 24/7/365 facility and flexibility to work any shift is required.
