We are hiring a Quo Beauty Summer Student

This role is to support the Quo Beauty Team with product and artwork development, marketing projects and preparations for the 2025 Beauty Conference.  The Quo Beauty Summer Student will work closely across the team to assist with project execution in support of on-time product launches and coordination of efficient product transitions.

Duties:

Work with the Product Managers (PMs) and Product Developer (PD) to ensure on-time and on-strategy delivery of innovation and updates to existing productsSupport the PD to review new products as part of the Quality Release processWork with Marketing & PR to coordinate samples for various projects such as campaign shoots, PR boxes and social media postsAssist the team with the artwork circulation and signoff process both internally and with vendor partnersAssist with the collection of e-commerce assets including high resolution product images and romance copy templatesSupport the team in preparing for the 2025 Beauty Conference by coordinating gratis samples, helping with booth design and creating experiential components

Skills and Experience:

Passion and curiosity about the Beauty industry and key trendsStrong time management, analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, able to prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and writtenStrong work ethic with a passion for detail and accuracyUses creativity and collaboration to solve problems and to create efficienciesComputer skills to produce effective spreadsheets, reports, documents, and presentations, as requiredDatabase management
