Quotas & Commission Lead UKIA Job Description: We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Compensation Lead to take charge of quota setting, incentive planning, and commission processes across UKIA. If you’re passionate about driving sales success through smart compensation strategies, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Quota Setting & Strategic Planning – Define quotas for all QBRs, ensuring alignment with global benchmarks and business goals. Capacity Modeling – Develop models for Small and Medium Business segments to support future staffing and resource planning. Compensation Plan Management – Oversee plan assignments, manage changes, and create clear communication channels for feedback and transparency. Commission Process Oversight – Work closely with the Reporting & Analytics team to ensure accurate, timely commission payments and streamline processes. Alignment & Compliance – Ensure internal job titles match corresponding compensation plan codes across UKIA. Incentive Program Design – Develop and launch impactful SPIFFs and sales incentive campaigns at key points throughout the year. Manager Enablement – Educate and empower sales managers to effectively explain compensation structures to their teams and new hires. Process Governance – Manage compensation guidance, process updates, and adherence to pay-related deadlines. What You Bring: Expertise in Sales Compensation Strategy – Experience designing and implementing commission plans, especially within a SaaS environment. Data-Driven Mindset – Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Power BI and commission reporting. Stakeholder Management & Influence – Ability to collaborate with key teams and drive alignment across the business. Attention to Detail – A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in compensation processes. Tech Proficiency – Experience with Salesforce CRM (Xactly experience preferred).
