**Quotation Administrator:** The purpose of the Quotation Administrator is to provide Time & Material quote to customer where the service requested by customer is not covered by warranty or contract, and enable service delivery process when quote is accepted by customer. **Your role:** + Accurately and timely creates customer quotes + Monitors reports for part order requests and processes parts orders and ensures timely accurate revenue recognition and/or case closure. + Independently communicates with internal & external customer regarding complex purchase order requests and billing accuracy. + Accurately performs case resolution and verification through monitoring reports with no assistance. + Shift: 11:00 am to 7:30 pm (Monday through Friday). **You're the right fit if:** + 2+ years’ experience in related field or Education Equivalent + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
