About the Role:
As a Junior Quotation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in their manufacturing process, working closely with engineering and purchasing departments to deliver accurate and timely quotations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your product knowledge and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with engineering and purchasing teams to complete quotation requests efficientlyWork with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical drawingsMaintain customer BOMs, drawings, and quoting databasesCreate new quotes and update existing ones using internal tools and ExcelCollaborate with account handlers to ensure positive customer experiencesEngage in quoting-related process improvementsEscalate potential issues to line managerAssist with stock takes and auditsCreate and recommend solutions to meet client needs

Required Skills:

Highly organized with strong attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of technical drawings (preferred)
