Job title: Quote and Tender Officer

Your challenge 

As a Quote & Tender Officer your challenge is to meet our customers demands by processing quotes and tenders within the set deadlines. It is your responsibility that all required documents get processed first time right. You are the first point of contact for many Philips stakeholders who rely on you. You are at the center of things (“spin in het web”) and your input and knowledge is crucial for all other departments around you.

You are responsible for

Processing quotations and tendersDriving order acceptance process (e.g. processing orders, service contracts and contract changes)Processing service orders in SAPInvoicing yearly service feesActive role in process improvements and projects (e.g. signaling and initiating actions)Supporting account manager in maintaining contact (telephone, e-mail) with important customers.

You're the right fit if:

A Bachelor’s degree in, for example: communications, economics, management, international businessExperience working with SAP and/or Salesforce is preferableFluent in Dutch and English, French is preferableAccurate and analyticPreferably 1-3 years experience in a similar positionSomeone who is able to set priorities in a very dynamic and hectic surroundingA strong personality who is not afraid to voice his or her opinionA fast and enthusiastic learner

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role, where we work 3 days a week in office.
