NEOTech is hiring a Quote Manager. The position can be onsite, hybrid or remote. If remote, ability to manage a team remotely is required. The job will report into the Longmont, CO manufacturing site.

Pay Range: $102k - 127k annually / DOE

 

Summary

The Quote Manager will lead a team of 6 members and will manage the quoting process from RFQs to final quotes.  The Quote Manager will analyze customer requirements and specifications to create accurate and competitive quotes for products and services.  Will collaborate with sales, engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and company capabilities.  The Quote Manager will utilize pricing databases and tools to calculate costs, margins and pricing strategies. 

Essential Job Elements

Work with sales team to define the overall quote strategy. Implement and oversee all activities related to the quotation process. Review, evaluate, and approve quotations for content and cost evaluation. Apply electronics manufacturing knowledge to provide comprehensive solutions for quotation requirements. Facilitate communication and issue resolution with internal and external suppliers. Manage communication and information flow between team members, suppliers, and customers. Maintain clear and accurate records of quotations and customer documentation. Coordinate and collect all final quotation components. Produce final proposal documents. Act as the point of contact throughout the quotation process and overall management of the quotation. Manage relationships with external suppliers and internal departments. Ensure specific requirements in quotations are met through communication with the customer, sales, and suppliers. Provide suggestions and/or solutions to automating complex tasks.
