Arrow provides extraordinary value to customers and suppliers - the best technology companies in the world - and connects them through the company's industry-leading services. **This position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English.** **What You'll Be Doing** + Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data). + Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy. + Monitor quote process daily. + Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer. + Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format, and prepare for sending. + Support sales team with specific tasks. **What We Are Looking For** + Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1- 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience. + Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education and/or experience preferred, but not required. + Advanced application of Microsoft Excel (Visual Basic preferred), database experience. + Ability to communicate fluently in English. **What's In It For You** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
