If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** This specialty requires Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge. Responsibility of accurately handling processing/transaction requirements. Focuses on executing or changing the scope of products and services delivered for existing contracts. This may involve new contracts and/or expanding or managing existing client relationships. Typical responsibilities include resolving client issues and working with IBM teams to support for delivery of products to clients world-wide. Maintain and disposition new field inventory and related process. Promptly and accurately manage IBM's client billing and IBM invoicing systems while ensuring compliance to IBM's Firm Order Policy.
