Overall, Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the estimating team in producing and providing clients with quotations for fire and security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems, all within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This role requires effective liaison with engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure quotations are raised and actioned correctly and efficiently. Additionally, the candidate will manage daily emails, address queries, escalate issues when necessary, and handle various ad hoc tasks.
Key Accountabilities
Manage daily emails, respond to queries from internal and external clients and escalate issues as needed. Raising and assigning sales enquiries for the team and surveyors Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and the small works department to ensure accurate and efficient quotation production. Convert sales enquiries to jobs upon client order approval. Liaising with internal teams to ensure quotes being carried out correctly. Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested, including assisting other teams/departments as required. Proactive team member with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Self-motivated and confident in working with different teams and internal/external client.Person Specification:
