You will also have access to our R&D Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation. **About the role** This is a fast paced and dynamic role to assist implementing assigned delivery projects and initiatives from proof of principle feasibility to successful launch into market. **Your responsibilities** + Understanding of the Product Development Process within the team + Responsible for the maintenance of his/her laboratory equipment and working space + Following the Safety and Good Housekeeping requirements + Maintaining supplies inventory and order items when needed + Participate and support projects and teams on defined task + Production of lab samples for consumer testing, performance tests and stability tests + Suggest improvement on defined processes or management of the laboratory + Accurate documentation of test results + Collaborative working style within the team(s) **The experience we're looking for** + High school diploma + Good knowledge of English, good Italian language skills. + Technical experience in one or more related Research & Development area is advantageous. + Ability to understand requirements of laboratory activities to support product development + Understanding physical and chemical risks of R&D area + Ability to report activities accurately and in line with laboratory practice. + Understanding of working with computers + Understanding of physical and chemical principles + Experience/expertise in applying technical know-how to development of consumer products is advantageous **The skills for success** + Good organizational and coordinating skills that can be applied in laboratory environment + Good awareness of Laboratory practice including aspects of safety and quality + Technical curiosity + Natural ability for action.
