Design and develop new formulations for UV and water-based inkjet inks.Optimize existing formulations to improve performance, stability, and compatibility with various substrates.Evaluate raw materials such as resins, pigments, additives, and solvents for ink formulation.Visiting customers to follow up on projects.Conduct compatibility tests and assess the performance of materials in ink formulations.Perform physical and chemical tests on ink formulations to ensure quality and performance standards (e.g., viscosity, surface tension, pH, curing properties).Analyze and interpret test results to troubleshoot formulation issues and refine formulations.Maintain detailed records of experiments, formulations, and test results.Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders.
