Electromechanical integration and design of E-Axle assemblies and components

Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent) Advanced English - TOEFL min. Score of ITP 585 / iBT 84, CEFR level B2-C1 (or equivalent) Technical Requirements

Required:

Automotive industry background Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong engineering & physics knowledge Knowledge of the Product Development Process 3D CAD software knowledge (CREO Parametric preferred) Strong Microsoft Office knowledge

Preferred:

GD&T and Stack-up knowledge is a plus Understanding of electric drive architecture concepts Knowledge of mechanical design and interface with electrical components Automotive Core Tools knowledge Manufacturing processes knowledge Your Key Responsibilities Conducts mechanical design engineering activities to develop and optimize e-axle systems, as well as activities around their costing Manages product data and engineering changes through PDM software (Windchill and RV&S) Performs engineering calculations to ensure or improve product function based on targeted cost and manufacturing processes Performs tolerance and interfaces analysis over assemblies and subassemblies Interact with cross functional teams in the organization to ensure product performance Support on the development and constant follow up with existing and new suppliers
