R&D Principal Engineer

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to ABB’s success with technology, software, product, and system development. Each day, you will identify and implement innovative solutions to relevant problems. You will also showcase your expertise by providing ideas and by being able to work both independently and as a part of a Research & Development (R&D) team.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification business Smart Power division in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tWorking as an independent and reliable contributor in R&D projects with limited supervision.•\tPerforming various tasks in the assigned area (e.g., mechanics, electronics, thermal, software), from building concepts, gathering requirements to designing, implementing, integrating, testing, technology transfer or maintenance, and operations.•\tUnderstanding and applying applicable processes, standards, guidelines, and requirements, including architectural and design constraints.•\tDriving the achievement of assigned targets (quality, time, scope, cost) and raising and addressing risks.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou are immersed and highly skilled in enjoy working with C# Fullstack and the Electrification market\tBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related technical field\tAbility to demonstrate your experience in 2 to 6 years of experience in C# Fullstack\tPossess an enhanced knowledge of Highly adept in and .net core and Angular , css , html ,javascript with strong design principles.\tYou are passionate about you are innovative around unit testing frameworks x unit or N unit.\tBasic knowledge on microservice architectural and Experience with Agile methodologies and Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js or Java Spring\tFamiliarity with IoT protocols and device integration knowledge \tGood in communication – English
