R&D Engineer I (Medical Device)
Job Title: R&D Engineer I Job Description This engineer will be in charge of providing the customer base with product development, design, and improvement for medical devices, specifically various vascular catheters. They will provide key solutions for the customer's needs. Hard Skills + Mechanical design + Drafting designs through CAD software + Product development + Product improvement + Creating test methods + Validation of materials + Documenting designs, concepts, drawings, and test methods + Catheter experience Soft Skills + Interacting with clients + Providing updates on project progress + Meeting due dates Job Type This is a permanent position. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in San Jose, California. Work Environment Monday - Friday, onsite. Flexibility to WFH, just not a WFH indefinitely position. Core hours are 9am - 3pm, but can flex start time and end time earlier or after to get a full day's worth of work. Family-friendly work culture.
