Cisco Silicon One team is undergoing rapid growth, and we are looking for an R&D Hardware Lab Manager
In this role you will be in charge of making sure the CI-CD lab has the right equipment, that it is well maintained, and it is operating.

Cisco's silicon team provides an outstanding, unique experience for ASIC engineers by combining the resources offered by a sizable multi-geography silicon organization and a large campus (with an on-site gym, healthcare, café, social interest groups, and philanthropy) with the startup culture and breadth of growth opportunities that working in a smaller ASIC team can provide.
Your ImpactManage the inventory of 450+ boards in labManage the inventory of Traffic Generators in lab.Track the health of the boards and other equipmentWork with the HW team on fixing malfunctioned boardsWork with development teams and release team on creating a forecastOrder and track the addition of new equipmentWork with Lab personnel for getting the right service for accomplishing your tasksBe an integral part of our CI-CD team, participating in various tasks related to the labMinimum QualificationsHaving experience managing logistics, including inventory, shipping, and supplier coordination.Proven ability to use technical tools or handle basic hardware setups.Strong verbal and written English skills.Preferred QualificationsBA/BSc degreeHighly organized and systematicHaving the ability to push the organization for achieving your tasks.Team playerExperience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, etc).Experience in lab managementExperience with working with HW boards#WeAreCisco#WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
