Job Title: R&D Lab Assistant
Job Description

The R&D Lab Technician will support the research and development team by conducting experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results. This role requires a strong background in laboratory techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesOperate basic laboratory equipmentPerform basic calculations with good math skillsMaintain excellent organizational skills with great attention to detailWork independently as well as collaborativelyKeep accurate and concise documentation, adhering to GDP and GMP guidelinesRecord data accuratelyEnsure the laboratory and all equipment are clean and in good working orderComplete assigned work in a timely mannerAdhere to all lab safety guidelinesFollow Batch card instructions meticulouslyTest finished products by conducting physical, pH, viscosity, and Specific Gravity testingReview documents with great attention to detailEssential SkillsStrong background in Chemistry and BiologyExperience with laboratory techniques and equipmentFamiliarity with GMP standardsAbility to perform basic calculationsExcellent organizational skillsAttention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent documentation skillsExperience with GDP and GMPAbility to follow detailed instructionsAdditional Skills & QualificationsMinimum Associates degree in a Scientific Field (Chemistry, Biology, Biological Sciences)Minimum 1 year experience in a GMP settingWork Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
