Your scientific talent will be crucial in driving our operations across various pillars, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed our rigorous standards. Your work will contribute to the resilience and advancement of our portfolio, within an environment that values growth and learning. **Your responsibilities** .• Participation in research projects, laboratory testing of household chemical products and raw materials, in a regulated environment where GMP/GLP standards apply. • Formulation of laboratory samples for stability and consumer testing. • Participation in industrial trials, supervising compliance with conducting production tests according to the requirements provided in the ITR (Industrial Trial Request). • Updating and preparing required documentation (e.g., stability test reports, IT reports). • Execution of routine tasks resulting from laboratory work within a specified scope of responsibility (e.g., calibration of selected control and measurement devices). **The experience we're looking for** .• Master’s degree, final year or graduate (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or similar) • Nice to have experience in laboratory work, ideally with GMP / GLP standards • Good command of English • Ability to deal with issues and solve them, having a pragmatic approach **The skills for success** Task Execution Under Pressure, Business Acumen, Objective Setting, Accountability, Consumer Insight, R&D, Business Partnership, Collaboration and partnership building, Adapt to changes in technological development plans, Ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement, Innovation Processes. **Type of contract:** + 1 year fixed term **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
