In this role, you will:

Responsible for leading, maintaining and continuously improving the innovation portfolio data  and all associated tools, (mainly ION), reporting, and metrics across EM sectors.

The goal is to provide a robust and transparent innovation portfolio data that results in innovation portfolios that will drive EM K-C’s growth.

Role Accountabilities:

To collect, analyze, maintain, and store IMF / innovation information, from gathering new data to sorting out existing one.

Ensure the accuracy and quality of collected data as well as its security, ensuring that they are organized and accessible, certifying processes adhere to corporate mandates to achieve data integrity and a ‘single source of truth’

Develop, design, and manage databases strategies, providing insights through data analysis to gain portfolio and business intelligence. Analyze data to draw conclusions, and register findings through comprehensive reports for use throughout the organization.

Become super ION user that can provide technical support, assess customer needs, identify problems, and provide solutions with efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure integration of innovation portfolio management process across local, segment, and global teams

Partner to continuously improve ION functionalities in order to be more digitally progressive

In one of our R&D Portfolio Admin Assistant roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Data tools knowledge as advance excel and  Power BI to manage large amounts of data efficiently and effectively.

A bachelor’s or associate degree in management information systems, computer science, management information or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience designing, developing, and producing database reports

Critical thinking and data analytics skills that go above and beyond descriptive, predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic analytics, in order to provide meaningful insights for decision-making purposes
