We are looking for a Portfolio Support Program Manager.

The Portfolio Support Program Manager is a key role within the Operational Excellence team in the R&D PMO organization at Siemens Healthineers’ Point of Care (PoC) business. This new role will focus on providing effective support to the delivery of projects across the PoC portfolio aligned with the innovation and global commercial councils. In collaboration with and the guidance of the R&D and Strategy organizations, this role will drive the tracking of critical KPIs relevant to portfolio health, create and harmonize program management tools to support on-market products and New Product Development.

Responsibilities:

In collaboration with the Program Managers and Product Health Teams (PHT), develop a Program governance mechanism to track project status, address risks and escalate issuesGenerate/Harmonize data to support Portfolio Priorities between global commercial council and innovation council (new product development)In collaboration with Program Managers, create a common project risk management and escalation strategy. In addition work with PMO Leader, create standardized gate/business review materials and templates.Assist in the deployment of core team excellence trainingProvide operational support to ensure effective running (agenda, actions, dissemination of content) of the Innovation Council.Create, update and publish critical dashboards to enable tracking of Program KPIs.Collaborate within the PMO/R&D, Finance and Marketing organizations to maintain Program financials for Portfolio analyses.Harmonize common program tools to streamline program management tools.

   Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical area (engineering or sciences), finance and/or business administration.At least 5+ years of working experience and managing risks for a PMO/Portfolio Management team in a technical/regulated R &D or Medical product development environment required.Demonstrated experience in collating and analyzing information and data to provide insight and support decision making.Prior experience leading R&D project teams in a matrix structure, leading by influence, leading change management activities and deployment of processes/tools is required.Experience of forming program or portfolio reports, ranging from programs level reports and artifacts, through to Portfolio wide analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an inclusive style and experience of team working in order to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and deliver results through collaboration.Ability to plan, prioritize and control workload to deliver results to agreed timescales.Stress resilient; ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and scope changes.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

The pay range for this position is $105,000-$140,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
