What you can look forward to as R&D Process Compliance Specialist (m/f/d):

Review & Approve compliance of engineering project process tailoring in line with internal standard process for R&D & ASPICE/CMMI standards; Perform regular health-checks on Product Development activities acc. to ASPICE/CMMI framework on Strategic Projects & proposing action items; Review and report the product maturity risks related to engineering deviation concession notes (DCN); Measure projects against R&D KPI achievement & report status to R&D Governance Leader; Support Review & Approval of R&D specific elements of standard process updates; Support in bridging reviews between Divisional & Corporate standard processes; Provide Feedback on health status of projects and execute conformance checks on closure of action items or findings.

 

Your Profile as R&D Process Compliance Specialist (m/f/d):

Engineering Degree (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer/System) with 4-8 years of working experience in Product Development activities / Quality assurance/ process implementation; Certified Provisional Assessor (or higher) is a benefit; Very good understanding of Automotive SPICE PRM and PAM; High experiences in embedded development activities & projects in Automotive / Aerospace industry; Previous experience in Performing technical reviews, KPI reporting, Technical Project Management (beneficial); Previous Experience in performing ASPICE Assessments / Quality Reviews is essential; Good skills in English, German and Polish language highly welcomed.
