Site Name: Warsaw Posted Date: Jan 17 2025 R&D Procurement – Contracts Management Specialist The Global Delivery Centre provides the critical Source to Contract and Contracts Management capability for GSK. Leading the delivery of a high volume of sourcing and contracting projects globally, the centre acts as the operational engine of the procurement organisation. As such, the GDC will play a critical role in delivering both the in-year savings and the functions long term operating model. Contracts Management Specialist role will support the execution of agreements under a defined category and contracting strategy for R&D Procurement. This role will collaborate with the procurement category teams, stakeholders and suppliers to deliver authoring, negotiations, and contract execution, and supplier lifecycle management services to the global procurement organisation. This service is a cornerstone of the our procurement operating model and will enable the function to industrialise its core operation by driving best practice, providing practical knowledge for development of best in class category strategies, consistency of contracts execution, and continual improvement. Key Responsibilities Negotiate and execute medium complexity agreements in a timely manner under a defined R&D category or contracting strategy. Apply basic legal principles and make system updates to support contract reporting. Support metric reporting and system updates as required. Build relationships and ensure effective communication with GSK stakeholders; understand business requirements, support non- standard workflow requests Build relationships with suppliers to ensure the value of the GSK – Supplier relationship is optimized. Qualifications University Degree (Law, Business, Finance, Sciences) 2- 3 years of Procurement and Contracts Management experience (experience in Pharma R&D will be an asset) Full proficiency in English Problem solving skills and ability in navigating through organizational complexity, collaborating simultaneously with multiple teams Experience in using Procurment tools like Ariba or other equivalent CLM technology Why GSK?
