R&D Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Controller to provide professional support and guidance to a team of bookkeepers and a Payroll Controller. In this role, you will manage and oversee control, finance, and reporting activities, ensuring the implementation of effective working procedures across all group entities and departments. 

 

As an R&D Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of software projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within scope. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, manage risks, improve processes, and keep everyone aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle

 

Responsibilities: 

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 

Develop project plans, including task breakdown, timelines, and resource allocation. 

Drive cross-functional project teams, building collaboration and alignment with team leaders and stakeholders without formal reporting lines. 

Monitor project progress and track milestones. 

Guide and support various processes within the organization. 

Address any issues, risks, or obstacles that arise during development. 

Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines. 

Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients. 

Provide regular project status updates. 

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 

Create post-project reports to document lessons learned and best practices. 

Improve and implement project management tools and systems for development managers.

 

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

3+ years experience as a Project Manager in software development. 

Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). 

Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

Proficiency in project management tools and software. 

Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision. 

Effective leadership and team management abilities. 

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. 

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
