Our team, Modular Private Network Products & Services R&D is a Nokia team that creates cloud-native 4G/5G private wireless products and solutions for the enterprise market segment. Our customers are within various sectors of companies looking for private wireless solutions. We are addressing their needs with economic products, solutions and proof of concept projects tailored to the expectation of the specific segment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and managing complex R&D projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and schedule.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in R&D project management, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Fluent Business English, both spoken and written (speaking French is an additional advantage). Willingness to travel (10% on average)

Advantages:

As part of our team, you will participate in Lab as a Service Proof of Concept projects. You will:

Participate in various, short-term PoC projects. Work closely with customers from different sectors of Enterprise segment to understand and define their use cases and how Nokia can help them achieve their goals. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress and performance. Implement best practices for project management and ensure compliance with Nokia's standards and procedures. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to R&D projects.
