What part will you play? 

You are responsible for driving the implementation of EA R&D strategy program / projects and the related change managementYou drive the Business Transformation towards an efficient and continuous culture driven organization and constantly challenging the organization on the current status quoYou drive the tracking & tracing of our program and initiates measures with key stakeholders  Furthermore, you manage the employee communication together with the EA R&D leadership teamTogether with the EA R&D leadership team, other functions and the respective strategy program teams, you bring EA R&D to the next levels of performance and productivityIn your new role your key partners will be the EA R&D Leadership Team, the teams of the strategic Focus Topics, the managers of our >20 R&D locations and several other functions like Operations, PLM, Procurement and Controlling. You will also have exposure to SI EA Business Unit management and other stakeholders
