You'll lead planning, coordination, and execution to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.Responsibilities:Monitor and coordinate all phases of the release lifecycle, from planning to deployment. Collaborate with R&D, QA, Product, and Operations teams to define release schedules and milestones. Ensure successful delivery of releases while maintaining timelines, and minimal disruption to users. Monitor and manage risks and dependencies across releases, escalating issues when necessary. Implement and improve release processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks. Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track release progress and ensure transparency. Conduct post-release reviews and retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement.
