Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities This role is a great opportunity to contribute to the Commercialization process in support of the Pet & Grocery business at Post Consumer Brands and provides high visibility across many different functions. This individual is responsible for working with cross functional teams to ensure specifications are complete, accurate, consistent, and released in a timely fashion. Effective collaboration with internal functions is required to ensure the most current and accurate information is available, including all levels of Marketing, Commercialization, Finance, R&D, Quality/Regulatory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Graphics, Master Data, and Legal. Location: this position offers hybrid and remote flexibility out of our Lakeville, MN corporate campus. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Assist in the collection, entry, and maintenance of accurate product information and documentation within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to ensure consistency and alignment from cross functional teams Monitor and ensure tasks and process are executed in compliance with agreed standards and timelines through the products lifecycle Route and assist in conflict resolution for timely, prioritized cross functional reviews and approvals of key data and documentation Organize and maintain department documentation across platforms such as Microsoft Team’s, Sharepoint, Microsoft Excel/Word, and Devex PLM software Continuously improve PLM software capabilities, propose process efficiencies, and enable best practice sharing Provide user training and assist in troubleshooting Compile and deliver regulatory, consistent reporting and analytics for tracking to Project Commercialization Managers and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement Qualifications Strong experience with software and systems, especially PLM platforms, focused on ensuring the smoother operation and approval of data Strong attention to detail for data quality and accuracy Self-Starter & Motivated: Must have strong drive to exceed expectations Demonstrate positive mindset through change Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders Education BS degree in Business of Technical (e.g., Food Science, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chian) field. Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer products environment, with a strong focus on data management and working with systems (experience with PLM is preferred)
