The R&D Scientist II role is a professional level position that is responsible for performing routine to moderately complex analytical and/or engineering functions on assigned projects of a general nature and limited scope by applying standard mathematical, scientific, and/or engineering technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities\rPrepares evaluation reports and analyzes discrepancies to execute solutions by partnering with technical experts.Assists in the preparation of product or project definitions, or lab testing methods.Develops procedures to implement proper quality controls.Performs routine to moderately complex tests/experiments to analyze and correct problems.Partners with internal and external stakeholders to assist in resolving routine to moderately complex design, development, production, and acceptance issues.Collaborate with senior technical experts to develop and document improvements/innovations.Evaluates opportunities for defect prevention based on standard or accepted solutions.You Must Have\r2 or more years of relevant experience in analytical, scientific, or related technical activitiesBachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Physics or equivalentAbility to travel up to 25% of the time. Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business. Experience working in a closely regulated analytical lab.
