Your role and responsibilities

Designing new switchgear products and finding creative design solutions to the problemsUndertaking complex design calculations and analyzing tasksEnsuring components and sub-assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standardsPerforming physical testing on prototypes and corrective actions accordinglyUndertaking complex design calculations and analysis tasksPerforming competitive benchmarking in conjunction with product managementEstablishing and maintaining testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 5 to 10 years of experience in related fieldExperience designing and developing low voltage products like MCBs, RCCBs, (Protection Devices) will be an added advantageHave an expertise in Creo, Windchill/ PDM & PLM software'sStrong analytical and problem-solving skills enabling you to run multiple tasks simultaneously and meet targets and deadlinesExcellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally
