R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Process control platform division in Bangalore . •\tDesigning and developing greenfield products using a microservices architecture. •\tFollowing best software development practices to ensure a high-quality product and a great user experience•\tParticipating in the whole software development lifecycle from analysis, design via implementation, testing to delivery, following best DevOps practices.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou have a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science. \tExcellent understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, architectural patterns, design tools, data structures\t5+ years of professional experience in C# language using .NET/.NET Core and web development technologies - ASP.Net .\tExperience in using Git\tHands-on knowledge and experience in writing unit and integration tests.\tFamiliarity with relational and non-relational databases is a plus.\tPractical skills in using Docker or other containerization technologies is a plus.
