Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to ABB’s success with technology, software, product, and system development. You will also showcase your expertise by providing ideas and by being able to work both independently and as a part of a Research & Development (R&D) team.The work model for the role is #hybrid #Iinkedin This role is contributing to the PAEN team You will be mainly accountable for:•\tAs a R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for the following activities:•\tMaintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work. •\tFinding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them. •\tDocumenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them. •\tAlong with the team, maintain, design and further develop core components for the software products•\tResponsible for analysis and solution of system issues reported by customers or end users•\tAbility to understand new features / use cases and implement them.•\tAbility to understand the existing code.•\tParticipate in design discussions, documentation and reviews with ABB team as needed
Qualifications for the role\tB. E / B.Tech / M. Tech with 60% and above (Fulltime only) Highly skilled in C#, .Net technologies with .Net Core, Web APIs, you must have experience in working with microservices.\tYou have around 4-6 years of experience, and minimum 3 years of strong experience in working with C#.Net projects.\tYou have strong problem solving and analysis skills.\tExperience in C#, .Net, .NET Core, MVC, ASP.net, Bootstrap, task-based programming, OOAD basics and LINQ and Unit Test/Component test using xunit/nunit or any standard frameworks. \tShould have experience in Object oriented programing,Experience in working with SQL, RDBMS, timeseries, No SQL DB \tDeep knowledge of object-oriented programming & Experience in building Restful APIs
