Own the project schedule, including the Gantt chart and critical path analysis. + Stakeholder & Communication Management – Develop and execute stakeholder and communication management plans, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals. + Budget & Resource Management – Define, monitor, and maintain project budgets. Estimate, acquire, and assign cross-functional resources while providing performance feedback. + Risk & Quality Management – Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
