The candidate will be exposed to project management skills, strategies to optimize business operations, and cost saving tactics. The candidate will learn about the pharmaceutical R&D processes, communication and leadership skills, managing cross functional, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management in this role._ _Responsibilities:_ + **_Project Leadership:_** _You will support coordinating and overseeing various projects within R&D, ensuring that they are executed successfully and within the given timelines.
