Summary: Plan and execute lab test activities, operate standard and custom test methods, and document results to support product evaluation and design changes.
Job Requirements
BS in Engineering or Physics
2+ years of professional experience (internships excluded)
Hands-on lab experience with test methods and standard equipment procedures
Experience scheduling and coordinating test activities for technician execution
Windchill experience, including DCAs (Design Change Analysis)
Tooling/fixturing experience for test setup and method execution
Preferred Skills
Mechanical/structural and performance testing experience using equipment such as Instron or MTS systems
Experience with pressure measurement tools (e.g., pressure gauges) and related test setups
Imaging and analysis experience with X-ray and/or CT scanning
Photo documentation and structured data collection practices
Ability to create or adapt non-standard test methods and fixtures for capital equipment or single-use device performance testing
Experience collecting, sorting, and analyzing test data
Job Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate lab test activities; provide work direction focus point for technicians and report status/results to management
Prepare test plans, setups, and fixtures for standard and non-standard test methods
Perform functional testing and execute test methods using standard lab equipment and procedures
Scan returned product using X-ray and/or CT as required; document findings
Collect, organize, and analyze test data; generate test summaries and supporting documentation
Support design change activities by documenting results and completing required Windchill DCA records
Maintain test equipment readiness and ensure proper configuration, tooling, and fixturing for planned activities
Pay: 40-45

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
