Key Responsibilities:

Manage R&D Claims: Oversee the entire R&D claim process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.Technical Reporting: Write detailed reports and conduct financial assessments to support claims.Data Analysis: Analyse client data to develop tailored methodologies for claims preparation.Client Engagement: Build strong relationships, providing expert advice on R&D tax incentives.Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.Identify Opportunities: Liaise with partners to implement efficient tax strategies for clients.Manage Billing: Oversee billing and work in progress.Lead Best Practices: Contribute to the R&D team's best practices.
