Your role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our primary gas-insulated switchgear R&D team. Qualifications for the roleTrack record in managing R&D teamsPreferably several years of professional experience in product engineering or research & developmentDegree (Master or PhD) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldExperience with medium voltage electrical equipmentTeam-oriented and collaborative working style combined with the ability to work with many stakeholders in an international environmentExcellent communication skills, written and orally in English and German
