The desired candidate will work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, alternating between day and night shift every two weeks. Work shifts are 6am to 6pm for days, 6pm to 6am for nights, and include holidays and weekends.
\nProvide pilot plant support for R&D customers, Manufacturing, and Sales Support. Your work will include conducting pilot plant startups and shutdowns, monitoring and adjusting process conditions, troubleshooting, and preparing and collecting samples while promoting safety excellence.
\nBecome proficient in applying the Honeywell Accelerator principles and Process Safety Fundamentals to area work processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts on area work processes to improve the group’s effectiveness in supporting the development of the latest catalysts, adsorbents, and process technologies. Collect, organize, interpret, and compare data against expected performance.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nAbility to lift, handle, and dispense 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums\nOccasional lifting and manipulation of bags, samples, and other objects up to 35 pounds\nHandling of chemicals and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials\n\n\nWear a full-face respirator\nUnderstand, per OSHA guidelines, any facial hair that interferes with the seal of the respirator is not permitted\n\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $43,400 - $54,200.
