Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate prototype parts to the print within schedule using EDM, CNC lathes and mills Program EDM, CNC lathes and Mills (CAM programming) Support R&D engineers and technicians to manufacture complex parts Inspect work piece and check dimensions Use personal computers and CAM and solidworks softwares Use EDM wire and sinker machines Comply with all the EHS rules and regulations and supervisory instructions. Run manual lathe and mill machines Perform preventative maintenance Perform shop floor house keeping Prepare daily production report Responsible for producing and maintaining high level quality parts per prints

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

 

Basic Requirements:

Minimum of 2 year’s experience working at machine shop Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant’s ability to lawfully obtain access to such items

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 5 year’s experience working at a machine shop in aerospace manufacturing Knowledge of manufacturing processes, blue-print reading Experience with EDM, CNC and manual Lathes and Mill, CAD and programing softwares Experience in high precision multi axis machining, Inspection
