R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to set up and execute routine tests for different products in accordance with standard testing methodologies and requirements. Each day, you will perform your tasks or activities using skills and techniques as well as a practical understanding of concepts used in the field of technology. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper documentation of the test results. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Measurement and Analytics Division in Bangalore .You will be mainly accountable for:-\tWork with stakeholders to understand the requirements. -\tDevelop test plans and strategies based on the software specifications.-\tCreate test cases base on the software specifications and user stories. -\tExecute test to verify the behavior of the software to ensure compliance with requirements.-\tIdentify defects and document them. -\tCollaborate with development team for defect resolution and to improve the quality of the software.

Qualifications for the role

-\tBachelor’s degree in engineering, Master's degree preferred.-\t4+ years of relevant experience as QA tester-\tProficient with software testing lifecycle.-\tAbility to analyze the requirement and create test cases off it-\tKnowledge of test documentation and test reports-\tStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.-\tExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).-\tExperience with BLE, NFC, Wireless protocols is a plus.
